Kingdom Exhibition – Equus Gallery

Personal

“I believe in God, only I spell it Nature” – Frank Lloyd Wright

The third annual exhibition ‘Kingdom’ took place in September 2016 at Cavalli Estate’s Equus Gallery.
This was to coincide with the spring display of flora and fauna in the Cape Floral Kingdom.
Artists were encouraged to investigate themes surrounding the Gaia theory and Pantheism.

My final pieces were two panels printed on silk using natural dyes.
Patterns and textures inspired by South African natural world.
These are my largest work to date measuring 170 cm (w) x 200 cm (h)
